Amazing agency to deal with 😊
We have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Michelle. And the entire Laing Simmons team. Nothing has been too much trouble for them to sort out and their professionalism has been a welcome change after dealing with a number of other agencies.

Difficult tenant.
Some tenants are hard to deal with at the best of times, living abroad and dealing with difficult tenants can be a nightmare. After many years of having Michelle Jones effortlessly managing our rental property at her former agency, when she left for greener pastures the excellent service we had come to expect and rely upon just wasn't there anymore. Clearly that agency had lost their best asset. After months of non payment of rent and little effort of the current managing agency to get things back on track, I decided to search for Michelle at her now employer....Lang & Simmons Cronulla. An email to Michelle was all that was needed to get the wheels turning, to switching agencies and retrieving all of our un-paid rental income. Within a week Michelle had evicted the tenants for non payment of rent and organised a Tribunal hearing to retrieve money's still outstanding. It was quite a process to go through and without Michelle's knowledge and professionalism would of been near impossible to do from afar. As of now most of the debt has been recovered and the remainder is on a payment plan which Michelle negotiated for on our behalf at the Tribunal. Luckily we now have new tenants in our house and all is well. A more dedicated employee you will not find, and in the fast paced Real Estate industry that seems to have a high turnover of staff, is even more impressive. Thanks again to Michelle Jones for all her efforts and to Lang & Simmons Cronulla for their support.

Excellent Agency
I have been dealing with Michelle from Lang and Simmons for 12 months and have always found both her and the agency to be extremely professional. Michelle is always punctual and courteous when responding to emails and phone calls and always follows through, communicates and keeps me informed on all matters. I highly recommend Michelle Jones and Lang and Simmons Woolooware.

Fantastic Agent With Great communication!
Michelle has been a fantastic agent since we signed our lease in September 2018. I have been very impressed with her level of communication regarding the lease and maintenance opportunities within the apartment and has been quick to respond to emails. A great representative of Laing + Simmons Cronulla!

Great Property Manager
