We had been looking to secure a property for a number of years and had come close on a number of occasions. At one inspection we met Dane who listened to our needs and subsequently went out of his way to help find our future home. Through carefully considered off market inspections arranged by Dane, we had the opportunity to see him interact with a number of sellers which he did with great professionalism and respect. This gave us confidence we weren't dealing with ' just another agent' who didn't care about his clients. Dane's extensive knowledge of the local market was frequently demonstrated through him sharing results of comparable sales and facts about suburbs that only a local would know. I felt Dane's desire to build a real relationship was evidenced by his willingness to provide further thoughts and advice on properties that weren't his listings.
