Dane has an incredible knowledge of the local market, knowing in great detail every comparable property to mine for sale and recently sold. He is also very hard working, often contacting me in the evenings and Sundays with updates. He is extremely motivated and determined, and followed up multiple times every single possible lead. Although the market had drastically changed from a sellers one to a buyers one, he was still able to achieve a good result, which I was happy with.

Buying my first home and was expecting it to not be the smoothest process, Dane made it so easy and a really great experience. Answered all my questions (and I had many) explained every part of the process throughout. Even making himself available on a public holiday to take a photo with the sold sign because I was out of state time of purchase. He could have waited for another day but knew how excited I was (which I see as going above and beyond).
