Andrew has an engaging personality and is easy to deal with. He was always professional and on time for inspections. We were sometimes away and felt comfortable that Andrew would ensure everything was in order. He always gave us prompt and constructive feedback. Andrew went to a lot of effort to learn about our property and it’s attributes. Humbug Reach is situated on the Tamar River and has a hobby vineyard and several buildings. There aren’t other properties like it in the area so Andrew had to market our place on its merits rather than by comparison with others.
