He was easy to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable about the market. Predicted when he would get a buyer and he was correct. Was available to assist with the signing of the paperwork. The only negative issue is the bond cleaning which I felt we could have been informed before hand instead of finding out when we received the itinerary of when the potential dates of what was expected to be done
