Greg worked with us and kept us informed every step throughout the process. It started with discussing the sales process, showing us many options and suggestions based on recent performance. He then went through the expected sales price range showing examples of recent sales in the area. The open for inspections were timely and gave many opportunities for potential buyers to view the property. At all stages we were kept informed on the feedback of the inspections and the interest shown by potential purchasers. When the final offer was made it was even higher than we expected. Don’t get me wrong, Ana achieved a great price for the sale of my home however if I had my time again I would have gone with another agent. She was unprofessional at times and volatile to deal with. On one occasion she didn’t even let myself or partner know she was bringing people through the property and then proceeded to walk in on myself in the shower, with potential purchasers in tow. She was pushy to the point of it being rude on occasions and when it came time for settlement she went m.i.a. and we were unable to contact her - nobody (her or her sales partner) informed myself or partner that the purchasers loan had been approved so you can imagine the shock we got when we had only 7 days to vacate the property.
