This was the 8th home I have brought or sold and by far the easiest and least stressful. We scoped out a number of agents before Tom came along. When he left both the wife and I stopped looking and agreed on him. He was factual, gave good direction about what world help sell it and what would be a waste of money to do. He explained the process from start to end including all the costs to sell. We had time to prepare for the sale, his support staff were all very good to deal with, particularly Karen ( Admin Support) and his photographer (John) who attended the house and made it look good enough that I thought about buying it myself😄. Home open went without issue, the house presented with all of Tom’s suggestions included and we were signed and sold the next day with a cash offer ( 1 of 16 offers) that exceeded our expectations by a lot. We had requested a long settlement ( nearly 3 months) and Tom negotiated that for us. We could not have been happier. In declutterring our furniture we dealt with a number of local ‘Not for Profit’ community groups. Through those interactions I can also say that in the background Tom and his team are doing a lot of work to support those groups and doing it quietly and not looking for thanks or recognition - we could not recommend him more highly.
