We appreciate that she was helpful and very responsive during the offer phase and settlement. We also appreciate her sharing her tips and also contacts for trusted skilled persons to help with us preparing our home for settling in such as plumbers/electrician/handyman and etc. However, we would have appreciated it more if our queries on certain time sensitive clauses were better clarified for our benefit during the settlement phase, allowing us to exercise our rights within the terms of the contract.
