I am happy with my move but lots of ongoing issues with the property that I will have to sort and will cost $1000's to sort. In fairness to Zed the owner was hard work and unreasonable at times to deal with. There was lots of things missing that Zed sorted like remotes for air conditioning locks and keys etc. The state of the property to move into was filthy all the way through spiders everywhere, showers were not safe to move into soap dishes were black and not cleaned for years. Bathroom mirrors had toothpaste spat all over and not cleaned. I got locked in the toilet and couldnt get out but so many things will take me months to fix. Everything was either done cheaply or not at all. Zed recommended me to a company who rang me back for a quote but they never called again. He also recommended me a locksmith whom I sent photos to and promised to get back to me but never did. I will source my own stuff and it will be done right. I think persons that Zed recommends are cowboy outfits and while ever he deals with people like this it will only hurt his profile.

I live 3 hours away from the property and Anil arranged the staging and repainting of the property to maximise the sale value. Once the property had been sold for substantially more than expected through the online auction process he recommended Anil arranged to complete the minor repairs found in the building inspection. The whole process was hassle free and would recommend Anil to other prospective sellers.
