Navpreet was fantastic to deal with. Communication and professionalism was at a very high level.
Overall, the thing that stood out to me was Navpreets response times. Every time I was working on something or asked him for information, he would get back to me with in minutes. Very polite and great to deal with.

Stress-free sale, with a better than expected outcome.
Ina was absolutely the best person to work with in regards to selling our home. Ina has great knowledge of the market, and has been open and honest with us from the start - no sugar coating. Ina's drive to get us the best sale, and advice on what we could do to improve the outcome was second to none, even helping us with decor for the photo shoot. Initially good then lacking in service from signing the offer until settlement
The initial interaction was great. I received a great price for my house in a very short amount of time. Once the offer was accepted the service just seemed to disappear. I had to follow up on absolutely everything, including trying to figure out what was happening at settlement 4 days out. I hadn't received any notice on final inspection of the property or the additional terms outlined in the contract. It almost caused me to push back on settlement date. Communication is key to great service and unfortunately The Agency is lacking in that area.
