We were so glad we decided to go with Rash, when he said "I think I already have a buyer for your property" he wasn't just giving us a sales pitch. We had an offer on the table the day we signed up and it was formal by the Friday, subject to finance. We had a few issues with inspections and the like but Rash handled both us the buyer to come to a reasonable compromise with settlement going ahead on schedule. Not to mention we got more than we thought we wourl. Great agent would never go anywhere else.

We bought our first beautiful home off Shane and Helen Schofield. From the start, the service they provided us was exemplary. During our first initial viewing of the property, we were running late, but they were happy to wait an additional 30 mins to show us through. The service they provided us during the sale process was fantastic. Shane is highly knowledgeable about the industry and offers great support. In the final walk-through, the owner had unfortunately left the home dirty, not wanting to slow the process we did not say anything. However, Shane took it upon himself to come through on a Sunday with a vacuum, some cleaning products and spider spray, so it was nicer for us when we moved in. Finally, the key handover was easy; Shane met us at the house and gave us a beautiful housewarming gift. I give Shane and Helen 10/10 for their service and would not hesitate to recommend using their services in future. Thank you for making our experience so fantastic; we greatly appreciate you both.

Anil has done an outstanding job. He has a thorough understanding of the real estate market. He has never been pushing throughout the process. He guided me all the current trends and where the value of my villa stands instead of raising my hopes with unrealistic high value of the property. He professionally approached me with regular follow ups and not like other agents who over-value your property and make one or two calls then give up. Anil not only provided me feedbacks regularly of the protentional customers who has viewed the property but also used his professional skills to approach potential customers in his database who may be interested in the property but never came to see the property.
