I have been in the property market for well over 12 months. I recently bought a property through The Agency Perth and dealt with Fab Forneris. Fab worked hard for the Seller to get the best price for their property. However through positive and transparent communication I was able to establish my no negotiables and we were able to negotiate a deal that worked for all parties. I would thoroughly recommend The Agency to sell or buy a property.

Vanessa was friendly, contactable and seemed very knowledgeable of real estate. Every impression of her showed she is ethical and has the best interests of her client at heart. Above all, she delivered an excellent sell price above my expectations and I am very happy to have used her as my realestate agent.

Fab did and discussed his market research, did not unduly raised expectations but worked very hard and strategically to maximise client’s interests. Communication was timely and clear. For Fab there are no problems just solutions. Fab is a natural in his job and has that rare ability to be at the same time very professional and very friendly. As a result the sale process became a smooth stress free experience where every small and big aspects were attended to. In addition it is worth noting that Fab is fully bilingual and able to conduct a sale process in both English and French. Fab is a credit to his organisation and I would not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation.

Shane was charming and conscientious with myself and with prospective buyers. Shane was a pleasure to deal. He kept me in touch about buyers and about their reasons for considering my property as a Possibility. He helped me with suggestions regarding keys, locks, tidying up garden and the things that I had not considered would make a difference. He organized photography that flattered my house and wrote a lovely comments about its attributes. The photographic album and written description of my house was a wonderful End of Sale present. Shane Schofield is, without a doubt, an ideal Real Restate Agent.
