Shane was awesome. Very patient, not pushy at all. Best of all was his communication - he made sure to keep us updated at every stage and after every home open/viewing. I dealt with Lisa as a buyer of a property and she could not have done more to assist with my questions. Her communication was 100% with her responding to any requests or questions within 30 minutes of me asking. She was pleasant and not at all pushy - a real person and not at all like other real estate agents I have dealt with.
