From the get go, Gus was approachable and provided us with guidance and advice on making our first offer and subsequently being accepted. Instructions were made clearly and in a manner understandable to someone who is new to the journey of purchasing a home. Any issues or queries we had for the seller was handled through Gus with little issues or hiccups.
