From the outset Linda showed us great service and attention. Despite the fact that in Australia, real estate agents appear to give priority to and receive their commission from the Vendor. Linda was immediately responsive to any question or issue we had. Most importantly, her concentration on knowing both vendor and buyer situations and obtaining mutual trust, Linda was able to secure the availability of storage in a large shed (at our risk) on the property, after financial approval but ahead of settlement. This allowed us to move piecemeal and made vacating our rented apartment in the city and cleaning it so much easier. Linda was also able to make a small adjustment to the settlement date, due to issues with raising a last amount of our contributing funds. On Settlement, Linda arranged a 'Bubbles Celebration' for all involved at the property. Fantastic! A minor comment is that on the day of the original house showing, I believe Linda perhaps should have mentioned the house had been rented for some four years. That would have created awareness and may have affected our offer price. Because, since occupation we have discovered a range of defective or unkempt conditions e.g. utilities, appliances, storage, garden, that have required cost and time.
