We met Maria a couple of years ago, kept in touch and knew we wanted her to be our selling agent as she had market knowledge of Beldon and gave us good advise in marketing strategies with staging our home. Right from the first meeting at our house, Maria was prepared, she had all the market information for us, she laid out all fees involved (that where very affordable) and most of all gave you a sense of confidence that she was totally invested in us and the selling of our house. Needless to say, we got more for our house than we expected and are over the moon with the experience we had with Maria and I'd like to think the feeling was mutual? We may of been a little difficult to work with, we would call Maria all the time. Late evening, Saturday and Sunday, catch her during dinner and even days after having surgery and she would always, ALWAYS answer the phone. As a Real Estate agent Maria was incredible, she never made us feel uncomfortable, she never tried to make us drop prices and stayed firm and confident that we would get what we asked for with a little patience.
