In the current market its very difficult to get an agent to respond to an email or even answer your calls, this was not the case with Suzana. We were kept in the loop from our first phone conversation right through to negotiations, inspection and transfer. Nothing was too difficult, she went out of her way to bring us updated paperwork when we requested an extension & again when the seller had issues with his bank.
