Steve was fantastic to work with from the first appraisal all the way to settlement. He was spot on with the appraisal and achieved above expectations on final price. Steve was also very helpful through the settlement process and was always there to help and explain things along the way. I would not hesitate in recommending Steve and will definitely use him again in the future

From our first interaction with Risto we knew he genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home. He listened when we listed our requirements in a house and he kept us in mind when suitable properties became available. Risto was transparent and honest throughout the buying experience and was always easily contactable and quick to respond to enquiries. I would highly recommend Risto to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house in Perth's northern suburbs. His knowledge of the area's amenities, schools and local community is second to none.
