Like his name suggests, there was no fuss with Gus. He literally kept us fully informed, messaged us first for anything unless we had questions. He walked with us and informed us along the way. He was definitely the easiest person to work with out of all the different people we were in contact with for the purchase of the home and he informed us fully of what was happening. Adam is friendly and I believe He has alot of market experience but I think he has too many properties on the go at one time and isn't focused on the individual client. He wasn't proactive in his communication and always seemed busy or rushed when I called which is not very helpful to a first home buyer with no experience of how the property market works. I felt like a novice and needed guidance from other friends and family to even know what to do next or who to contact in the process of buying and settling on a house.
