To cut a long story short: - I was told by this agent that my offer was a waste of time; - Blamed his inappropriate comments on my age; - He alleges that i declined to have a building inspection written into the agreement (this is incorrect) - When discussing final inspection dates, he told me i should be nicer to him - He lost my email address half way through the process - He did not notify me that the sellers extended family would be attending the property while i was completing my final inspection - Overall i found him condescending and would not recommend him to any young people looking to buy their first home.

We recently purchased a house through Neel. At first we really loved the house but actually had our eye on another property with a different agent. We had a terrible experience with the oher properties selling agent which almost turned us off buying a house. Even when we shared with Neel that we were looking at another property he was so supportive and made us feel comfortable having open conversations with him.
