Terry Hardy has sold 3 of my properties now and I would not use any other agent. He is proactive and enthusiastic and his enthusiasm doesn't wane no matter how long the process takes. He doesn't try to talk you into taking less, he sells it for what you want and every property he has sold for me I have been more than happy with the sale price.
