Gus commenced the sale of my home in October and with a slow market it took longer to sell than I originally had hoped. However, I was constantly updated on results of "Home Opens" by Gus and any follow ups to potential buyers. During this time, with advice from Gus, reconsideration and adjustment to the Selling Price of the Greenwood property were made. I was relieved in February when the SOLD sign went up.
