It's all thanks to Fab for the successful sale of 17/19 Delamere recently. The sale process had stalled under the original real estate team and it wasn't until I approached Fab that things started happening. Then it all move smoothly to a successful conclusion. I recommend Fab to anybody looking to buy or sell their property

Maria was very proactive.. Promptly liaising between us and the seller to negotiate the purchase of our new home. We thought at one stage it wasn't going to happen - but Maria got it done!

I found Maria to be very friendly and approachable whilst listing my house with her company. It can be a very emotional time selling your house and having a professional who knows all the legalities is exactly what is needed at this somewhat stressful time. Maria felt more like a friend than just another real estate agent and was always ready to help. Would certainly recommend Maria to all who want to deal with a friendly professional real estate agent.
