Best thing working with Vaish was the time it took to sell the house. Within 3 to 4 weeks, house was sold to my expected price.. I was on my overseas trip, when my house went under contract. I had no issues dealing with her even while I was not available face to face in Australia. She is very honest and a trust worthy agent.
