I had a great experience with Rajat. He was super responsive the whole way through and actually talked me through the applications—something no other agent has done for me before. His screening was solid too; he checked the tenant’s history with their previous agent and even advised against one applicant because the reference wasn’t great. He asked about my preference, because the next inspection is within my budget and preferences, he easily gave me the address. I was happy about and within two days. I was approved.
