We purchased our investment property through Raj and his colleague Jaya from Ark7 agency. Since the very first interaction, they both have been very open, upfront and professional in handling our queries and managing the settlement process. Since the purchase, Raj has been managing the rental for our property. The way he initially convinced us of how he (and agency) would manage the property for us, reflected his thorough understanding of the experience and skills. We have found him very professional nd approachable as he has guided us throughout the process. We really look forward to this engagement and working with Raj in future.

The Ark approached us early last year offering their help to sell our house. Unfortunately when we were ready to sell we made the mistake of going with another real estate agent whom other people recommended. The other agent did not treat us well and we were left in great disappointment. When we got in contact with Raj again we were really impressed with his professionalism, dedication and unwavering friendliness. Raj is hardworking and supportive. His attention to detail and expertise in the real estate market set the gold standard as he will go above and beyond for his clients. If you're selling a house or looking for a home, I wholeheartedly recommend entrusting your journey to Raj and The Ark team. They are the best!

Rajat and Jaya helped us buying our first investment property. Gave us the information promptly to make the right decision. Love their professionalism, passion for their work and industry knowledge. Their timely communication made our settlement process hasslefree. They are also our rental agent now. Rajat made sure we get a fair deal from rental prospect. We will look fwd to work with them again in future.
