From the outset I wanted to have Chris De Celis selling my property. I first met him approximately 10 years earlier and was impressed with his knowledge of the estate, expectations and approach to selling. This was in direct contrast to the 3 other agents we considered at the time. Now when the decision was made to finally sell the property, there was no doubt about approaching Chris who also has the highest percentage of sales in that estate. Chris being an excellent communicator discussed in detail the marketing approach, expectations, and in particular utilisation of his client data base, and other contacts. The property was on the market over the Christmas period. At all stages I was well informed of potential buyers, and the followup made to each to suss out whether a genuine buyer or not.
