5 stars for John Bisignano and his team.

I had the task of selling a unit in Reservoir so I interviewed the ‘top three’ agents in the area. But then a business associate suggested that I should talk to John Bisignano as well. I am so glad I did. At first I was worried because John wasn’t a ‘local’ agent... he was from Northcote, not Reservoir. But after talking to John and then going to a couple of his auctions to see him and his auctioneer in action, I knew he was the best choice. John was totally professional. He kept me informed about the progress every week and his attention to detail was amazing. John thinks differently. The auction was on Sunday morning. It was lively and uptone. And most important of all... there were a number of buyers trying to buy the property so the result was better than we hoped. I recommend John Bisignano to anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a property in the Northern suburbs.
