John Bisignano is an esteemed estate agent who brings over two decades of experience to the table, having begun his career in the City of Darebin in 1997. John started out in a small boutique agency, equipping him with a deep expertise in all aspects of Real Estate, all the way from office administration through to property management and sales! In 2010 he has run a franchise group branch and was recognised as one of the groups top sales performers in Victoria for many years in a row and gaining valuable insights into how the big guns operate. John decided to break away from the franchise in July 2019 to reclaim his focus on relationship building and remove all boundaries to his serviceability - because you deserve to work with who you want, regardless of territories! A rare gem in an agent - just go with Bisi!!

We first met John in 2022 when we were buying, and were immediately struck by his energy and how genuine he is. So when it came time to sell the choice was easy!! John worked incredibly hard for us. He understood our apartment, saw its potential, and found the right buyer who'll love it as we did. His local knowledge is also second to none, which showed in the result and we also loved that he uses local tradies, stylists and cleaners - John's authentically inner north and genuinely cares about this community. John took care of everything and kept us updated every step of the way, making the whole process feel reassuring rather than stressful. We'd recommend John to anyone (and already have!!)!

Above and beyond - a standout agent

John is refreshingly unique in Melbourne’s real estate world. His advice is grounded in experience and deep market knowledge, and his independence means he’s realistic, able to offer sound advice without setting false expectations. When I had to sell unexpectedly (for health reasons), John went above and beyond in a way that was genuinely humbling. He organised everything – from cleaning and gardening to beautiful styling – and even stepped in to help out, knowing I couldn’t. This puts him in a league of his own. He genuinely cares! John achieved a result above the price range and along the way, took an enormous amount of stress off me at a difficult time. Would I recommend John? Without hesitation. For quality of service, honest advice, and real peace of mind. He’s a real star and the perfect choice if you want to sell your home.

Bisi's the best!

We've known John for over eight years so it was a no brainer when we needed to sell our apartment who we would ask. We left the process in his hands while we were out of the country, knowing we could trust him to do everything from staging to closing the sale without our involvement. He went above and beyond, watering our plants and updating us after each viewing. And of course he kept his promise and had us a signed contract with great terms in record time. Bisi is a true gem, he wears his heart on his sleeve and puts his all into his work. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and hardworking.

Warm & Professional

I first met John as a buyer and now as a vendor can honestly say that I totally trust his guidance and perspective. He is genuine, committed and honest - no spin doctor stuff. He lives locally so has a deep knowledge of the local market. He was always available for a quick chat and went the extra mile by hooking me up with trades people to assist with my sale.
