This is now the 3rd property we have partnered with the Blacket Agency on and we have done so for a few key reasons. 1) they are authentic and genuine people, understanding what mattered to us in the process; rental return yes but also rental period, confidence in tenants ability to meet payments, to look after the property and to be proactive with any issues so they didn't compound. 2) the agency always provides communication that is timely, clear, and consistent as far as incomings and outgoings and updates on new or outstanding issues. 3) they are a joy to work with. When agency fees are ball park similar, service and confidence in the handling of both people and our property matter and they have both in hand. And never make the process feel transactional, I always feel like our needs (as small as they might be) are handled with absolute care. I give them two thumbs up and a highly recommended.

I went to The Blackett Agency after being fed up with tired lazy agents who give nothing for the management fee and put no effort or care into management. The Blackett Agency is the opposite of this. They consistently outperform. In the first month of Jacqueline Blackett taking over my eastern suburbs art deco unit it flooded due to a burst pipe including flooding the unit below, and common areas. It became an insurance nightmare with Strata refusing to pay and the tenant below demanding compensation. Jacqueline fielded the zillion emails, single handedly managed the reno and fought the insurers until they paid. I can't imagine any other agent putting in a fraction of the effort. Great service, seamless admin and accounts. Very happy. They are awesome!

We are having a great experience with Jacqui and the entire Blacket team. Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable about the market, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She is both personable but fair and firm in dealing with tenants and provides the right level of filtering to all the requests that come from them. I first met Jacq Blacket and her father at an open home. They were personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. So it was a no brainer when I decided to rent out my apartment at Darling Point. Jacq was fabulous and easy to deal with and we found a great tenant in a short (and difficult thanks to Covid) time period. The management since then has been excellent.
