Working with Agents to best represent properties is not new to me. What IS NEW is the Blacket Agency. Intuitive guess proved right. So refreshing to find an agency, and in particular, Jacqui Blacket , whose integrity, intelligence and dedication is matched by tenacity and knowledge. Trying to manage 2 properties whilst abroad was proving a nightmare until I appointed Jacqui. Other agents "drop the price" was replaced by "sure let's try your increased price". She's fair with both owner and tenant; spot on with repairs and anticipates needs . So refreshing from lazy benign agents of the past. Can't recommend highly enough !

My previous property manager treated me as though I was just some number. :( My property is my personal investment, and is very important to me, however it wasn't until I switched to the Blacket Agency that i finally felt as though I had someone on my side who really, genuinely had my best interests. It was so refreshing to see Jackie cared for her role as my property manager and we were able to resolve (very easily) a selection of issues the previous property manager had left behind due to poor communication.
