We first encountered Jackie when we were renting our apartment and she was very helpful with the process of making the apartment suitable for renting and then for finding a good tenant at an appropriate rent. After some months we decided to sell the apartment and Jackie was very helpful and cooperative in the process of selling and arranging with the tenant to allow potential buyers in to the place. Jacqui Blacket has the dedication and drive to get the job done, the sale of my investment apartment that was less than 40sqm knocked out 95% of the buyer market with only one or two financial institutions lending on sub 40sqm properties as well as requiring a larger deposit, Jacqui had her work cut out for her.
