Lack of market knowledge

We moved to BG from another agent The BDM was very good.but after the lease was signed that is where our satisfaction stopped Agent was not familiar with our property.and did not seem to know how to deal with the simplest of the issues with tenants. Not that there was such to do ,our house is new and no repairs are required, In particular we are surprised with the communication. Customer service is poor. Our requests are attended to very slowly if at all.

Amazing experience with the team

Had a great experience interacting with Bolton group. They helped me secure tenant for my property within a short period. Thenes was very proactive and transparent and provided open communication on the status of the property. Also Linda provided regular updates on the property. Feel very happy and satisfied that I have entrusted my property to the Bolton group. Great experience overall. Would recommend them to friends and family.
