I was with another well known company before within 2 months I have moved.I felt I made biggest mistake giving my property to them.They have said within 2 weeks it will be rented and they also suggested rent amount but it took just over a month with $70 less than what they have suggested.Also property manager did not look after the property at all and I would never give her my property ever.since I have moved to Bolton my experience so far great.They inspected the property with in few weeks.

Linda already helped me to renew the lease for third time. She well notified me before the lease renewal and provided me the insight of market rent and she helped me to achieve it as well.
