Richard was the only agent in the area willing to help us immediately. We purchased an off market property and the deal was done in less than a day. I cannot recommend Richard Bolton highly enough! Due to the recent death of my husband, it was a slow difficult process, but he was kind, very patient and considerate from start to finish. My daughter and I had booked 3 agents to interview, Richard was the 2nd, and we didn't bother with the third. He had extensive knowledge of the area; he was upfront with realistic goals and had the connections to get the house "sale ready". We went with our gut, and we knew he was an agent we could trust. But most importantly he went OVER AND ABOVE what any other agent has ever done! Nothing was too much trouble. When people we had booked let us down at the last minute, he stepped up and did the jobs he could do himself or found us someone reliable to do them within a very short time frame. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process, and his expert advice proved invaluable. The sale of the house took longer than anticipated but that was due to reasons out of his or my control. Yet he always kept us informed on the progress and reassured us on a regular basis. Due to his professionalism, expertise, interpersonal skills and more my daughter is now selling her property through Richard as well. That should say it all really. We would not use anyone else to sell a property of ours.

Pleasure to deal with, understood the market conditions, got the property on the market very quickly and worked seamlessly with the staging company while adding their own additional staging touches. Advertisement, photos and video were of the highest quality and made the difference. Felt they negotiated to get the best price available in the market without jeopardising the sale. Richard and his team are professionals. They move fast, achieve results, and most importantly of all, are transparent and factual. Richard also took the time to walk me through the sales process and answer any questions I may have. He has a really strong grasp of basic economic factors that can influence the market, and understands the motivators of different buyers well. Would recommend for those that want a no-bs appraisal for their property and non-pushy sales agent.

Whilst selling through, we continued house hunting for our next home. We went through several other agents and noticed they weren't easily available, they put zero effort into the homes and did not engage much whilst viewing. Then you have Richard and Amanda,, always contactable, that will physically dress your home if need to make the best impression possible. They would have regular updates and constant brainstorms. We contacted Richard when we needed to sell our home quickly due to needing to relocate asap. What we first noticed about both Richard and Amanda was their down to earth nature, complete honestly and transparency.
