Anna and her team well exceeded our expectations with the way they handled the sale of our home. Anna came will-prepared with extensive knowledge of our property as well as the neighbourhood. She was honest in her advice to us as sellers, she adopts this honest approach with buyers as well. Anna was concerned in achieving what we were aiming for, not in pushing what she believed was best. Annas whole team mirrored her professionalism and expertise. An off market sale was achieved and required someone with Anna’s skill level for negotiation. Anna and her team sold my parents' home in Wahroonga in September 2024. It was not quite a deceased estate but it needed a LOT of work. Jane from Anna's team organised ALL of the required repair work, which saved me from a HUGE amount of work and dead time. It looked truly amazing - a complete transformation.
