Fair and honest to all parties involved

Grant Larsen demonstrated clear communication skills at all times. Grant showed a high level of ethics to all parties, which as a vendor, I very much appreciate. Grant tested the market very well and gave me great confidence that the sale price achieved was fair to all parties concerned, and was as expected in the current market. As an owner, I was concerned about the situation of the current, excellent, long-term tenants. Grant treated the tenants with flexibility, respect and courtesy at all times.
