BEST AGENT !!!
Akshit is good at what he does. Property was sold within 24 hours, unconditional, and thousands of dollars over my expectation. Quick settlement, reasonable commission, clear communication. Not sure what more you can ask for. HE IS A VENDOR AGENT, if you want to sell, he is your agent. I have seen some negative post in social media recently. Honestly, my experience is entirely different and this is the second time I have used him as my agent.
