I purchased this brand new OTP property last year and contacted Kiran from The ELEET to 'Let it' on Rent. She's a GEM of a person. She managed to find the tenant less than a week. I had no issue with Rental Payment in this one year. She also regularly organize bi-yearly inspection and provide me detailed report on both occasions.
