True to its name Eleet - a rental agency that has high standards of customer service and communication. I've been impressed with the service from Eleet - Caitlyn, Nisha and team. They respond quickly, and the management is on top of everything. Requests are handled efficiently, even when team members are on leave, thanks to their organized system. Communication is great - I always know what's going on. Highly recommend for leasing / management of property.

We had our house rented in March 2025 and couldn't find any faults with Eleet and Team. Nisha got a good tenant for our house in less than a week and was exceptionally helpful in finding contacts for cleaner, handyman etc. Every step has been informational and all queries have been dealt by the Caitlin and team in timely manner. We have also inspected our property after leasing it which other real estate may or not allow. One of the incident that I can praise is when the tanent accidentally got our garage door damaged. Caitlin and the team got the insurance involved and got the door replaced. Overall process was smooth and we have been regularly updated about the progress from quoting until replacement and final payment. The team has been in constant touch on calls and emails. It's been an incredibly amazing journey with Eleet so far and I would always suggest them to others. Thank you Nisha, Caitlin and entire Eleet Team for your service so far.

I found Caitlin, Nisha and the team very cooperative, collaborative and highly accessible. They have excellent communication skills, very good marketing (i.e., selling, buying, renting) knowledge, and have high level of professionalism in managing the property. They always provided us the required information about the property such as the need of repair and maintenance and quotations, notices regarding the need of lease renewal, and property markets, etc. They were able to get the repairs and maintenance work on time and the work done was highly professional. Recently, the previous tenants didn't renew their tenancy contract but the team worked very hard to find new tenants for our property. They informed us regularly during the entire process of the previous lease discontinuation and the contract done for new lease. Hence, we are very happy with Caitlin, Nisha and the team in managing our property professionally.
