Highly recommended Property Manager.

Having recently purchasing an investment property in Cairns we engaged the services of Kelly Thompson from The Industry Estate Agents. Requiring further assistance, Kelly Thompson went beyond expectations, making arrangements for outside services to complete works to the recently built house in readiness to lease. Coming from Victoria, this would have been difficult without Kelly Thompson's local knowledge & willingness to assist. Property was tenanted soon after being made available for lease. As a result of Kelly Thompson's professional & enthusiastic approach, would highly recommend the services of The Industry Estate Agents.

Extremely helpful

From first contact, Kelly made moving a breeze. From helping to find the right property to continual promopt contact and assistance once moved in. Kelly has been extremely thorough and she and her team made leasing a simple task. No question has been too difficult and she has been quick to help in any way she can. The documents provided were the most extensive and comprehensive I have ever come across in years of renting which was a welcomed change. I would highly recommend using Kelly and the industry estate agents to anyone looking to lease. It’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with her and her team.

Excellent Cairns Agency

I am a Property Investor. My two Cairns properties are in the suburbs of Parramatta Park and Trinity Park. I initially started out with The Industry Estate Agents being my Property Managers for the Parramatta Park property, however found them to be so professional and on the ball with everything, that I listed my second Cairns property at Trinity Park, with them also. And doing so has paid off handsomely, as not only do they provide me with exceptional service and great montly statements, but they have also secured great tenants and an increase in rent of $50 per week on one property alone!! I would definately and highly recommend The Industry Estate Agents of Cairns and it's staff, in particular Megs and Kelly, to anyone.
