Fantastic result from a skilled and customer-oriented agent

Jacob knew the market extremely well and provided an insightful strategy to achieve a great result. Always available, pleasant and positive, Jacob knows how to assist people not used to selling in the ordinary course. He was aware of people like painters, carpet experts, gardeners, builders, removalists, electricians and carpenters. A firm able to present and plan furnishings and art did wonders. The open house sessions, advertising and a video presentation were accurate and enticing. This was achieved at reasonable cost and helped the property sell for an excellent price. Communication was excellent throughout, a major bonus. Jacob was ably assisted by Jesse with whom he had an excellent relationship. A terrific team.
