Dan is easy to get along with, approachable and open communicator respectful and dependable

Dan is very responsive, he cares about people and has a very even human approach. When revising houses with Dan that he is bringing to market i have experienced Dan's ability to support apprehensive vendors respectfully calmly and empathetically. On more than one occasion Dan's approach has allowed vendors to move through the preparation And eventual sale of their property even in very delicate circumstances.
