When Vinay came to meet me, I knew I had made the right decision. Vinay is a true professional and somehow manages to work exceptionally well in both the seller and the buyers best interests. He works tirelessly to get the best possible outcome, his communication was excellent, and I always knew exactly what was happening every step of the process. Vinay is very knowledgeable in the market and will do whatever it takes to ensure you as the vendor are keep informed and that the purchasers feel they can trust the process too. I am very impressed with the whole campaign from start to finish and would highly recommend Vinay to any vendors. I say all of this even after not getting the price I would have wanted, as it had nothing to do with Vinay nor his efforts! I did not know Vinay before viewing a listing of his. I have spent more than half of my life in Australia and I grew up in Europe. Over 50 years, I have bought/sold many homes/land both here and overseas, and have exposure to many real estate agents. I have found that size or brand does not guarantee knowledge or professionalism. The sellers market and price bubble, alas, has not helped. Nevertheless, although my initial decision was to go a different direction, when later, I could not get the answers I required, Vinay accepted first the disappointment, then my return, with good grace. In terms of service, I would say he overdelivered. It was apparent to me that Vinay fully understood that to succeed in your own business you need foundations of integrity and credibility. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Vinay was in constant communication all throughout the course of the sale process. We would be talking over the phone at least twice a week. This was my first time selling a property and having Vinay there definitely created a smooth journey with very little stress.
