Daniel also benefits from 7 years in the residential building industry at an administration and project management level. Great Agent Who Truly Goes the Extra Mile

Best agent I’ve dealt with

I only found the home I eventually purchased 2 days prior to auction. I am 100% sure I would not have had the confidence to purchase this home if Gerard did not invest the time in addressing my barriers and instilling in me the confidence to bid. Gerard was flexible in showing the home to my family at various times, and always available for Enquiries . As a buyer I found Gerard’s service unparalleled I went to the top of my price range, and the result is the seller had my top offer, and I ended up with a new home I couldn’t be happier with. The whole process on the day and Gerard’s service post sale has not changed. I would list my home with him in a heartbeat because I know Gerard’s capability to achieve top results.

Better with boutique

I had previously had a terrible experience with Ray White in Lane Cove, who didn’t sell my property, yet still charged me marketing fees. Gerard was the complete opposite of this. He was impeccable with his communication, enthusiastic and above all, kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerard to anyone selling a property. You will be pleasantly surprised by his service and fee structure, both of which were far better than mainstream real estate agents can offer. Boutique is definitely better.

Beyond my expectations

I entrusted Gerard and The Property Lab to sell my house which lead to a result that I could only dream of. Other agents in my area told me that using an ‘out of area’ agent would be a mistake, Gerard not only proved them wrong but sold the home for a greater price than other local agents appraised. The whole process from start to finish was streamlined and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Gerard and his team should be proud!

An absolute gem.

Gerard is a rarity in his field. I would normally put real estate agents up there with used car dealers in terms of trustworthiness, however he is actually the real deal and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My first interaction with Gerard was when I moved back from New Zealand and he was the agent for my intermediate rental. His professionalism and honesty led me to asking him to lease my investment property. I recently engaged Gerard to sell this property and am supremely happy with the result he was able to achieve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerard for any of your real estate needs. He's doing things differently (i.e. honestly and completely transparently). AND he treats everyone equally, be it tenant, or rich MTF. Six stars if I could...!
