About Teng

Having worked my way up in the property industry since 2010, I've been lucky enough to experience the many roles involved in real estate. Starting as an assistant property manager, I’ve worked within a strata and facilities management environment, which deepened my knowledge base and expertise and appreciation for good old fashioned customer service. Real estate decisions are more than financial transactions, they are emotional choices as well. First and foremost I take the time to listen and truly understand my clients' goals. I’ve really enjoyed working with the hundreds of clients I’ve assisted. I’ve built strong relationships with my clients based on trust, many of whom I am in regular contact and will remain working with for many years to come. I’m very passionate about crafting unique marketing campaigns for each property and map out the best approach to achieve the optimum outcome for my clients. Being an avid photographer, I enjoy bringing out every homes' unique features to stand out from the crowd. Efficient, outcomes-focused agent

Teng was a pleasure to work with - I trusted him to get us the best outcome with the sale of our property, always keeping our best interests as the seller in mind. Teng was communicative but succinct, providing updates at just the right time while being highly responsive. Teng was transparent and showed good knowledge of the market and its movements. A agent that really cares and understands your situation

Excellent communicator who is driven for the best result

When I first contacted Teng, it was a public holiday and I was almost set to work with another agent. However Teng took the time to come out on the public holiday and give me an appraisal and his strategic approach to selling my apartment. Teng’s approach aligned with my own and I knew he would be the right person to sell my place. Every time I contacted Teng to ask a question or get his thoughts, he responded almost immediately which assured me he was taking the utmost care to support me and was taking the sale of my property very seriously.
