If you are looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond, walks you through each step of the process clearly, communicates often and knows how to get the most from your property - you found him with Daniel! He made the process so easy for me, he would even come to my work for me to sign papers - really just did everything to accommodate my schedule and my needs. Can't fault Daniel's performance - and we were the buyers!. On the very rare occasion that he failed to answer his phone, he called back within a few minutes. Was incredibly helpful and made the transaction as easy as it possibly could have been. Nothing was too much trouble. We have dropped out of similar transactions in the past due to the lack of response from agents so from the seller's perspective, Daniel's professionalism and attention to detail will go a long way towards you achieving the best possible price in the market.

They kept in communication with us and were rigorous in following up with potential buyers. Gerard and his team are simply awesome. they go over and above what a standard agent would do. negotiates well, does the extra mile when needed. i must say i have had an excellent experience working with him. We had a tough time getting the sale done, especially when the market is down and the situation the property wasn't easy. He did what i believe no other agent would.
