The best real estate agent ever

If you are looking for someone honest, dedicated, proactive, time sensitive, smart and business oriented, who will get the job done, I definitely recommend him as your dreams will finally come true, he definitely deserves more than five stars, he was always there for me answering questions and helping every step of the way very sympathetic and nurturing, he was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Buying a home in this market is quite challenging, but working with Gerard made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him. Awesome Agent, immense dedication and unlike standard real estate agents

Gerard and his team are simply awesome. they go over and above what a standard agent would do. negotiates well, does the extra mile when needed. i must say i have had an excellent experience working with him. We had a tough time getting the sale done, especially when the market is down and the situation the property wasn't easy. He did what i believe no other agent would. He didn't give up and got the sale done. I have a feeling he keeps all his clients on numero uno position and is very responsive. Communication with Gerard has been excellent and prompt. Nothing that i can say about him is enough. Simply, sign him up and you'll know.
