Michael helped me to manage my rental property. He responded to my queries quickly via email and provided realistic rental information. When last tenant notified they are moving out soon, Michael suggested to have open house asap and our property was listed on the internet very quickly. Our property has secured an application after the first opening. After the new tenant moved in, I was notified that the LED on the microwave was not displaying properly, Micheal went an extra mile by googling a new one for me and even ordered it on my behalf. We contacted TPM Sydney because we were not satisfied with our previous agent. We acted on their advice and had a couple of tenant inspections and applications within a week and a signed contract a couple of days later. We then had a problem with the a/c system. The original installer diagnosed a problem requiring replacement of the a/c. We requested a second opinion and TPM's technician identified the problem and repaired it the next day. We have been impressed with the agency's professionalism which includes the competent technicians they use.

I recently had to move interstate for work with a 4 week turnaround in December. In that time I needed to arrange to lease our two bedroom apartment and find a tenant as quickly as possible. This was my first time going through this experience and I spoke to a number of different property managers. I had a positive interaction with Suzanne from the very first email I sent her. She replied in good time and answered all my questions very clearly, without trying to withhold information to guarantee a meeting (this was my experience with some other agents from bigger firms). She was very accommodating when it came to arranging an inspection and upon meeting her in person I was immediately struck by her warm personality. She ran me through the process and her extensive background with managing rental properties (with a concentrated number in the area). She also gave me the comfort of knowing that, as a principal of the business, she would be handling my property directly and I would not have to deal with a number of letting agent changes that is quite a common occurrence with larger agencies. Suzanne and I agreed on the desired approach and she made some suggestions, overall she made me feel like we would be able to find a tenant in a suitable time frame. Aside from the first inspection, which was handled by Michael, Suzanne personally looked after all our inspections. Suzanne also helped when we had to arrange for the property to be cleaned and our cleaners fell through at the 11th hour. She arranged for the property to be quoted and cleaned all in under 24 hours when we had tenants inspecting the next day. I have no doubt this was a big contributing factor to having those tenants agree to sign a lease by the following week without ever having to reduce our requested weekly rent. Considering that your home is your most valuable asset, it is so important to have someone that you trust to manage it. Suzanne is that and more, I can't recommend her highly enough.
