Knowledgeable positive customers is right attitude.
I have known David for several (5-7) years whilst I have been searching for the “that’s it property” and timing with kids in and out of school etc etc. August September I got in touch with his team and said it’s now or never and after looking at a number of properties across the district we found our new home. David and Ashley were great to work with and Ashley was contactable at all hours to answer any questions or issues I had with the online bidding etc. Thankyou guy’s and gal’s at the property shop

Very happy buyers
We advised Dave we where in the market for a small rural property and the rest is history. He kept us informed of each new listing, arranged inspections put up with our maybe and maybe not, and persevered with us till the right one came along. We are in and settled, very happy and enjoying the rural lifestyle. Dave did say nothing was too much trouble, it’s your turn to mow the lawns mate !!!

We recently purchased a property in Mudgee where David was the agent. He very easy to deal with and was always responsive to all our questions. He was very helpful with the online auction process and ensured that we understood and were comfortable with it. He was very knowledgable of the Mudgee area and its real estate market. Most pleasant realestate person
