Sara was very helpful when showing us 3 Dewhurst. She allowed us privacy and space while viewing the property, so we could discuss our thoughts in private. Sara was very knowledgeable on the house and if she didn't have the answer she always followed up with the seller and got back to us with an answer quickly. Sara was always punctual when meeting at the property and always returned my calls. I am sure I drove her up the wall but she never showed it and was always very understanding and supportive of us buying the house. When we finally exchanged contracts, Sara suggested to meet to put the sold sticker on the for sale sign. That made our year!!! She made the time to meet us at 5pm so Dave could be there and we put the sold sticker on our new house! Thank you so much Sara for all your help, you did a wonderful job.
